RACE 1 — Pace, CL $12,500 (N/W $10,000 lifetime)

1. Ohio (PP7, 3-1) – Most consistent horse in the field with three top-3 finishes in her last four starts and trainer Brad Moore’s meet-leading .356 win rate behind her.
2. Father Hughie D (PP1, 4-1) – Finished second in her last actual start and gets a capable driver in a race that suits her class.
3. Mountain Dancer (PP4, 6-1) – Won two starts back and has the higher class rating ($15,000 tag) to overpower this group if she rebounds from a flat effort. Longshot: Thewaltzingweasel (PP6, 8-1) – Has been steadily working forward in her last two starts and gives live driver Scott Wray a mount capable of an in-the-money upset.

RACE 2 — Pace, CL $7,000

1. Thunderbolt Run (PP4, 3-1) – Comes in with two wins in his last several starts and trainer Cameron McQueen’s strong .319 clip.
2. Wheretobuddyboy (PP1, 2-1) – The favorite has stacked up minor placings all summer and fits this claiming level well.
3. Minnie Million (PP5, 8-1) – Repeatedly in-the-money recently and gets the meet’s top driver, Garrett Rooney, in the bike. Longshot: Full Race Cam (PP6, 8-1) – Has flashed a second-place finish from off the pace and can sneak into the superfecta mix if the pace collapses late.

RACE 3 — Pace, $4,800 (N/W $4,000 lifetime)

1. Final Rinse (PP5, 2-1) – Just scored a wire-to-wire win last out with the meet’s top driver, Garrett Rooney, aboard again.
2. Lady Helena (PP3, 3-1) – Trainer Jim Jarvis’s exceptional .434 win rate stands out, and she was closing hard in a troubled runner-up finish last time.
3. Cloudys Boy (PP4, 4-1) – Has a recent win and a close-second finish, showing legitimate tactical speed for this level. Longshot: Minnie Peeps (PP7, 8-1) – Has been within a length of the front in two of her last three starts with a live driver aboard.

3. Dalissecretweapon (PP1, 10-1) – Two wins in his last six starts plus a rallying third last time make him live value at a big price. Longshot: William Ross (PP4, 8-1) – Has finished on or near the lead in five of his last six starts, including a recent win.

RACE 8 — Pace, CL $7,000

1. Livin Large (PP3, 7-2) – A 58% in-the-money rate this year with two recent wins under a top-flight trainer.

3. Fashion Forward (PP4, 2-1) – Two wins in her recent form cycle for one of the meet’s most efficient trainers (.323). Longshot: Slick N Sporty (PP3, 8-1) – Won his last legitimate start driving hard through the lane and has the tactical speed to be relevant again.
