3. #3 FRANCO SANTANA N (5-2 ML) — Best qualifier looked sharp, added Lasix, Macdonald aboard; if he controls the pace he’s hard to catch 
4. Longshot: #2 CODENAME CIGAR BOX (8-1) — Won two back at this level, Cullen/Cullen combo always honest, capable of upsetting

RACE 2 — Trot, $68,000, New Holland Trotting Series Final

1. #4 SAFE CONDUCT (6-5 ML) — Won both preliminary legs, Bob McClure has clicked at 33% with this trainer combo, simply dominant right now
2. #2 HASTY BID (5-2 ML) — Best horse in the field other than the favourite, Macdonald will ride him closer to the pace; good late kick
3. #5 R PEAKY BLINDERS (8-1 ML) — Drew widest in a 5-horse field which gives all options, capable of big speed try and was second in Leg 2 
4. Longshot: #1 USAIN HANOVER (6-1) — Roy/Menary combo clicking at 27%, closed for a share last week and has the ability to sneak a piece

RACE 3 — Pace, $20,000, 5YO & Under NW 2 Races/$30,000 Lifetime

1. #2 SOLIDARITY (2-1 ML) — Two straight wins including a devastating 26-flat closing kick last out, Macdonald/Gladu combo at 15%, razor sharp right now — BEST BET of the card
2. #3 COUNT ON GORD (7-2 ML) — Four starts, never off the board, versatile tactical horse; only concern is the 3-week freshener
3. #7 THIRTY SIX RED (5-1 ML) — Two straight wins to end rookie season, Davies drives him for his own barn, could press early and steal the exacta 
4. Longshot: #1 LETR SINK SON (9-2) — Travis Henry aboard, qualified decently, comes from a winning barn in Boyd Wilson, could sneak into the exacta at a price

RACE 4 — Pace, $16,000, NW $6,000 Last 4

1. #7 RIPASSO (9-2 ML) — SPOT PLAY — Macdonald/Merner combo clicking at 29%, drops a class, 10 seconds and thirds at Mohawk; tonight could finally be the breakthrough
2. #6 PREMIER FIRST STAR (6-1 ML) — Best post tonight, raced well at this level throughout March, Jamieson will push him to the front early
3. #1 WHY WOULDNT YA (7-2 ML) — Consistent at this class level (1-2-1 in last 4 trips here), Roy aboard, dangerous if he finds a covered trip 
4. Longshot: #2 CALL ME IT (15-1) — Won at a lower level two back, Trevor Henry/Bosnjak combo at 15%, massive morning line price could be generous

RACE 5 — Pace, $40,000, Fillies & Mares Open

1. #2 LETS N JOY N (2-1 ML) — Seven wins from eight starts in 2026 (!), Macdonald/Dupont combo at 42% together, good post, dominant mare right now
2. #5 ANGOSTURA HANOVER (5-2 ML) — Has finished in the top 2 in all four recent starts, McClure/Fellows strong combo, will press hard
3. #7 ABSOLUTION (7-2 ML) — Henry/Moiseyev combo clicking at 41% together, sharp and dangerous as the third option; finished willingly last week despite a tough trip 
4. Longshot: #8 CAVIAR N CRACKERS (6-1) — Ed/Ashleigh Hensley barn, returned sharp March 6 beating the favourite; closes from the back and can work into the superfecta at a price

RACE 6 — Pace, $20,000, 5YO & Under NW 2 Races/$30,000 Lifetime

1. #7 MY LEADING MAN (3-1 ML) — Broke maiden, then stepped up and ran a strong second; Trevor Henry/Cecchin combo at 16% and improving
2. #1 RIP THE PAGE (6-1 ML) — Won his career debut in a gutsy stretch drive with Macdonald now in the bike; program selector’s top pick, some upside here
3. #2 CALYPSO CREEK (7-2 ML) — Solid trip in defeat last out, should get a cleaner run from a better post tonight; Plante/Bird combo consistent 
4. Longshot: #4 STARBRIGHT DANCER (8-1) — Won 5 of first 8 career starts, gets Macdonald for sophomore debut; wide posts hurt him last year, gets a fair draw tonight

RACE 7 — Pace, $30,000, 4-Year-Old Open

1. #6 GET WINGS (2-1 ML) — Three wins in 2026, won this exact spot last week, Roy/Mackenzie at 66% together in recent starts (!), perfectly drawn from inside
2. #7 SOS SPORTS BET (5-2 ML) — Only missed the board twice in 18 starts last season, sharp in all three 2026 starts; McNair/McNair combo reliable
3. #3 BLAZING CRUISER (7-2 ML) — Four straight top-3 finishes, Borth/Puddy consistent, usually works out a good trip and closes

1. #6 BRUE HANOVER (2-1 ML) — Simply the best horse in the field; Macdonald/Menary at 32% together, has dominated from the front in 4 of his last 8 starts, best post
2. #5 CALICOJACK HANOVER (5-2 ML) — Tremendous 4-year-old season, two sharp qualifiers, main danger to the favourite if he lands the pocket early
3. #10 POSEIDON SEELSTER (9-2 ML) — Won this exact Open class two back, McClure/Lindsey, strong closer; four wins in 2026 already
4. Longshot: #1 JABBERWOCKY (10-1) — Led to mid-stretch last week on the class drop, rail draw tonight, if he tucks in behind Brue and Calicojack he can hang around for a small share

RACE 9 — Pace, $67,500, New Holland Pacing Series Final

1. #2 BRUNO NO NO NO (6-5 ML) — Three-start winning streak, trainer Menary near 30% this year, will be sent to the front tonight after being put in chase mode last week
2. #1 ITS SATURDAY NIGHT (7-5 ML) — Five wins from nine 2026 starts, $130K already banked, exchanged wins with stablemate in the first two legs; whichever Menary horse leads at the top of the stretch likely wins
3. #3 BLUE HUNT (5-1 ML) — Ran third last week after trying the front; Cullen/Cullen consistent, should complete the Tri at a decent price 
4. Longshot: #6 ARBITRAGE HANOVER (10-1) — Sat fourth last week and finished evenly for fourth; best post tonight, Davis Jr/Fellows combo, could sneak into the Super at a big price

RACE 10 — Pace, $22,000, 5YO & Under NW 3 Races/$65,500 Lifetime

1. #6 FIGMENT (5-2 ML) — Six wins from eight starts in his rookie season, never missed the board; Young/Keyes combo at 75% together recently, gets the best post
2. #2 ALL BETS ON GARY (4-1 ML) — On a big roll, inside draw much better than last week’s parked trip; Roy/Schneider at 40% together recently
3. #3 MAJOR THREAT (3-1 ML) — Ran second last week in a strong effort, Thiessen/Kwietniowski consistent; will win soon, maybe tonight
4. Longshot: #9 ITS ELECTRIFYING N (4-1) — The morning line undersells him a bit; Jamieson/Court at 26% together, sharp qualifier, came very close at this level last out

RACE 11 — Pace, $18,000, Claiming Handicap $30,000–$40,000

1. #3 SOMETIME SOMEWHERE (7-2 ML) — Won last week after escaping JJ Xavier, better post tonight, Plante/Lester reliable; gets the call to repeat
2. #6 CODE CRACKER (3-1 ML) — Best post, more early speed than the top pick, Cullen/Cullen at 14% but consistent; will be tough to pass if he gets loose on the lead
3. #4 TORONTO (10-1 ML) — Hensley/Hensley barn, taking shares regularly, should get a more conservative trip tonight after last week’s grueling journey 
4. Longshot: #8 TYGA HANOVER (8-1) — Defied 30-1 odds in seasonal debut last week by sprinting to the front; Jamieson/Merner experienced, worth using in exotics at this price

RACE 12 — Pace, $16,000, NW $6,000 Last 4

1. #10 MAJOR PERRY N (3-1 ML) — Top program pick — was live with pace last out but never got racing room; outside post tonight should keep price viable, Davis Jr/Dupont combo
2. #7 LAMBORGHINI LOU (4-1 ML) — Gets a freshener, drops in class, Macdonald/Lindsey combo at 12%; should be much sharper second start back
3. #3 MCWICKED TIME (8-1 ML) — Closed well in seasonal debut, back with Cullen barn who trained him to a 16-1 upset last summer; can be sharper here 
4. Longshot: #1 DELIGHTFUL LEADER (6-1) — Won two back in a Pop Up Series leg, Plante/Lamoureux at 20% together; looks like an inside trip horse who can rally for the exotics at a fair price
